Time to detox
To start this new year off right I’ve decided to do a detox coach training. The date was set: January 30th. After this intensive, interesting and insightful day I simply knew it: I’m going to detox too.
It also immediately became clear that there’s never a good day to start. I still had a few dinner dates planned, so the start of my detox had to wait a few more weeks. Monday February 13th, that seemed like the perfect starting date. So there, it’s set! No more excuses and no postponing this time. I was actually looking forward to it: from waste dump to temple! A mind and body reset in 11 days!!
What do you feel during detoxing?
Apart from discussing what I’ve learned during the 11 days, let me start off by telling you that I can’t remember feeling this great – EVER!
More energy, a more beautiful and radiant skin, tighter body, whiter whites of my eyes and I slept like a baby during the night! You will find out yourself, after this unique program you will feel reborn, inside and out!
These are more than enough reasons to wanting to share this program I followed with you. Your body will go through a thorough cleanse and re-start in a simple and very effective way.
Your immune system gets a boost and you’ll feel terrific!!
What do you eat during the detox program, and do you experience hunger?
The detox program brings your body back into a balance in 3 phases. Accumulated toxic waste is removed and nutrients from food will be absorbed into your body quickly and efficiently. This speeds up your metabolism and leads to a healthy digestion, better blood circulation and a beautiful, hydrated and healthy-looking skin.
You might wonder; can I not eat anything at all? You won’t go hungry during this unique program!
We do say goodbye to all grains that contain glutens, sugar, sweeteners, E-numbers, cow milk products, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods.
You only eat products that are easy to digest and helps to feed, strengthen and cleanse the body. The liver, gallbladder, kidneys and intestines are getting a well-deserved rest during the Detox, and can therefore function optimally during and after the program.
Which phases does the Detox consist of?
Step 1… we ignore the calls for coffee and wine. Chocolate bars, candy, chips, cheese, generously stacked sandwiches and sweet spreads.. No no no!
Phase One is the preparation phase and takes two days. This ensures that Phase Two, the Cleansing Phase, does not cause (or at least limits) headaches, dizziness, mood swings or other discomforts.
In Phase Two you start to detoxify your gallbladder and liver. Your blood and kidneys are also cleansed in this phase. Blood flow and lymph circulation are improved and waste will be dislodged and efficiently eliminated.
Phase Three also consists of two days and prepares the body for processing full meals with ‘heavier’ foods.
What do you receive in the detox program?
The Laviesage detox program contains a comprehensive guide with explanations, tips, descriptions of foods and recipes. You also receive a grocery list with ingredients you will need during the detox to prepare meals, as well as background information. Everything you might need is handed to you, so it’s really simple and easy.
“Now the main question… when are you going to start?”
