How does the Protiplan diet work?
With the Protiplan© protein diet you lose weight in 3 stages. In every stage there are 6 moments a day when you eat. You will not be eating less, just differently. A classic protein diet has is low carb and high protein, the Protiplan© products have the ideal balance of nutrients and will therefor be replacing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
After 3 days, all of the sugar (carbs) from your body will be used and this is when the real weight loss occurs. Fat reserves will be used in order to supply energy and you will start burning fat effectively.
The Protiplan© products contain high quality proteins which prevents the loss of muscle tissue and keeps your metabolism going.
Losing weight with Protiplan in 3 stages:
In the first stage you lose up to 70% of your excess weight. There are 6 meals a day and you can choose from the entire range of Protiplan products. It is a strict phase where you are not allowed to “cheat”, but because the results are quick you will remain motivated to keep on going.
In the second stage you will lose another 20% of excess weight. Fruit and dairy are re-introduced to your diet and the Protiplan products will appear on your menu 4 times a day. Weight loss is still steady and so is your motivation.
In the third phase rice, pasta, potatoes and bread are back on the menu. You only consume 2 Protiplan products a day and you ease into a healthy, normal diet. In this stage you will lose the last 10% of weight.
Congratulations! You have reached your goal weight! Losing weight fast in a healthy way, without going hungry is easy with Protiplan. Because your metabolism is improved during your weight loss journey you will be less likely to put the weight back on than after following a traditional diet. Still, we advise you to exercise (more often) during the Protiplan diet and to keep this up once you’ve reached your desired weight. Because you’ve learned what to eat during the diet, you will automatically keep these good habits, albeit a little less strict…you have learned to enjoy life in a sensible way.
