The hidden power of apples
Everybody knows what an apple is. But how well do we actually know them? Since apples have been a staple of our diets for so long, we usually take them for granted.
But we should never underestimate the power of apples. The anti-inflammatory properties of apples are so powerful that eating apples is recommended
in virtually all medical conditions.
Red apples, in particular, contain anthocyanins with properties that counteract obesity and strengthen the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, apples have a detoxifying effect and hydrate the body at the cellular level.
The cleansing effect of apples helps reverse diseases that are caused and aggravated by increased toxicity and viral activity in the body (such as diabetes, autism, depression, arthritis, etc.).
Which apples should we get?
Red-skinned apples with the most color are the best. Green apples are actually a variety that has been manipulated too much by human intervention, which means that they are unripe in nutritional terms.
Ideally, you should try to eat at least three apples a day. If this becomes a habit, you can expect to improve your health in unexpected ways.
Organic-dynamic apples are the best ones, without the use of pesticides or wax, which we pick directly from the tree and eat unwashed. By not washing them, you get a very healthy layer of bacteria in your intestinal tract, which balance your intestinal tract and immune system.
Unfortunately getting these “golden grail” apples is not always possible. In that case we have to
do what we have to do. The rule of thumb is that it’s better to eat a “non-ideal” apple rather than
no apple at all.
If you give apples a place in your daily routine, you’ll have a friend for life!j!
